台北市政府希望讓民眾前往市政府洽公之餘，能夠在場域內體驗數位科技，以便捷的方式進入 AR 進行體驗，創造便民且有趣的數位服務，發福創造透過 Ｑ 版市長柯文哲及熊讚的虛擬角色設計與製作，以 AR 現實的擴增情境式體驗，讓大人小孩更親近數位分身與虛實世界。

The Taipei City Government hopes that while citizens visit the City Hall for official business, they can experience digital technology within the venue and access AR experiences in a convenient way, creating a user-friendly and interesting digital service. Fafu Creative designed and produced virtual characters featuring cute versions of Mayor Ko Wen-je and Bravo Bear, creating an immersive AR augmented reality experience that allows both adults and children to get closer to digital avatars and the mixed reality world.
