隨著人工智慧技術的快速發展，AI 工具的普及為影像創作帶來前所未有的變革與挑戰，本論壇 「 科技共融 VS 影像平權 」 將深入探討 AI 時代下的數位平權議題，探究 AI 工具是否真能實現數位賦權，抑或反而加劇了數位落差。

論壇將聚焦討論AI如何促進影像平權，AI 技術如何為不同族群創造更多表達與創作的可能性，同時，也將正視 AI 創作浪潮下的著作權與倫理問題，包括原創性認定、智慧財產權歸屬等關鍵議題，並共同思考未來可能的因應之道。此外，隨著 AI 生成技術日益精進，「人機協作」與「被取代焦慮」成為創作者們不得不面對的課題。

本論壇將由臺灣數位藝術基金會藝術總監王柏偉主持，邀請發福創造負責人唐逸，與國立清華大學科技藝術研究所教授暨所長邱誌勇、影視製作人葉昱呈，共同探討在真人創作與 AI 生成的模糊地帶中，創作者該如何定位自己 ，並在科技浪潮中找到永續發展的方向。

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the widespread adoption of AI tools has brought unprecedented changes and challenges to image creation. This forum "Tech Inclusion VS Image Equality" will delve into digital equality issues in the AI era, exploring whether AI tools can truly achieve digital empowerment or if they instead deepen the digital divide.

The forum will focus on discussing how AI promotes image equality and how AI technology creates more possibilities for expression and creation across different groups. Meanwhile, it will also address copyright and ethical issues in the AI creative wave, including discussions on originality recognition, intellectual property rights, and other key issues, while collectively considering potential future solutions. Furthermore, as AI generation technology continues to advance, "human-machine collaboration" and "replacement anxiety" have become unavoidable challenges for creators.

This forum will be moderated by Po-Wei Wang, Art Director of Taiwan Digital Art Foundation, featuring Yi Tang, founder of Fafu Creative, along with Professor Chih-Yung Chiu from the Institute of Arts and Technology at National Tsing Hua University, and film producer Yu-Cheng Yeh. Together, they will explore how creators can position themselves in the blurred boundaries between human creation and AI generation, and find sustainable development paths amid the technological wave.
